Financial Counsellor – Connect Health & Community, Bayside

Connect Health and Community provides a range of primary health and community services to people of all ages within the community. We have a proud history of innovation and commitment to support the people of the Southern Melbourne Bayside area. We have been supporting our clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals for more than 40 Years!

 

As part of our Gamblers Help program, our financial counsellors deliver the full suite of financial counselling strategies including:

  • Assessment of client’s financial position and the impact of gambling
  • Provide financial counselling
  • Help clients mitigate the financial impact of their gambling
  • Ensure clients receive a prompt and efficient service
  • Participate in and support planned and responsive Community Engagement Activities

 

We are looking for:

  • Financial Counselling qualifications and experience preferably in a Gambling role
  • Membership with Financial Counselling Victoria
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in financial assessment and provide financial counselling
  • Demonstrated capacity to advocate and negotiate on behalf of clients
  • Current Victorian Driver’s License
