FCVic has prepared a suite of resources to support financial counselling agencies to promote their service

Here you will find a collection of resources developed by FCVic to assist financial counselling agencies in promoting their service.

Many of the resources can be customised to include your agency logo and contact details.

You can use the menu on the right-hand side to find the type of resource you are looking for.

We are still in the process of creating new resources, so please check back again soon to see what new resources have been added.

Flyers

These flyers provide a simple explanation of the ways in which a financial counsellor can help someone. You can share them with other service providers in your area, or local information sources such as doctors’ offices, general stores, post offices, community centres and libraries.

Requesting flyer with agency logo:

  1. Send an email to: [email protected] with the subject line “Artwork request”
  2. Attach a high-resolution version of your agency logo (preferred file formats: .eps, .ai, .png, .jpg)
  3. Provide the agency website address and contact phone number
  4. State that you want a copy of the FC flyer

You will receive your artwork files within 7 days.

Updating the artwork yourself:

*It is recommended that you only follow this process if your agency has a graphic designer. If not, we suggest you follow the above steps to request updated artwork.

  1. Download the required file from the link below. File is provided in .eps and .indd formats
  2. Replace the placeholder website and phone number with the agency details
  3. Replace the Agency Logo Here field with a high-resolution copy of the agency logo
  4. Save as .pdf and it is ready for distribution

Social media templates

We have prepared three templates that can be used to promote your financial counselling service on social media. There are separate templates for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, designed to fit the preferred dimensions for each platform.

Recommended text to accompany social media posts:

 

“Financial counsellors provide assistance, advocacy and information to people experiencing financial difficulty.

It’s free, confidential, independent and non-judgemental.

Call [Agency phone number] to speak to a financial counsellor.”

Requesting artwork with agency logo:

  1. Send an email to: [email protected] with the subject line “Artwork request”

  4. State which artwork(s) you want: Version 1, 2 and/or 3
  5. State which formats you need: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
