Three peak bodies for frontline community support services are sounding the alarm on a sharp rise in financial stress across Victoria, with demand for help outstripping capacity. Financial Counselling Victoria, Community Information & Support Victoria, and Neighbourhood Houses Victoria are calling for urgent State Government action to prevent further hardship for individuals, families, and communities.
