Vaccination requirements for in-person events:

From November 2021, until further notice, all attendees (whether staff, members, or invited guests) at FCVic in-person events, meetings or functions will be required to provide evidence upon arrival that they are fully vaccinated or have a certified medical exemption from being vaccinated to gain entry to the event.

In most instances, this will be a requirement of the venue itself, and attendees must adhere to and comply with the terms and conditions of entry set out by the venue. Where the venue is FCVic’s office at 179 Queen Street Melbourne, or elsewhere under FCVic’s direct control, this is the policy that applies, and entry may be denied if neither full vaccination nor medical exemption can be verified.

FCVic will continue to monitor Victorian Government public health directions and guidelines for entry to events, and will update this policy as necessary, and notify registered attendees of any significant changes to these requirements.
