Claude is a Senior Financial Counsellor at the Consumer Action Law Centre in Melbourne and provides advice and support to members of the community across all regions of Victoria via the National Debt helpline (NDH) service.

Previously, Claude was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and held various senior positions in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region over a 20 year period, prior to returning to Australia and pursuing his accreditation as a financial counsellor.
