Hilda brings over 30 years of experience in the social services sector, spanning both not-for-profit organisations and government roles.

Her recent work includes elder abuse prevention with Seniors Rights Victoria and disability advocacy and education through the Office of the Public Advocate, the Victorian Disability Worker Commission, and the Victorian Ombudsman.

Hilda’s career also includes deep engagement across family violence, asylum seekers, youth services, housing, alcohol and other drugs, counselling, and training.
