Jacqui Bell joined FCVic in September 2026 as Projects Coordinator. She brings over 16 years’ experience across legal and community peak body sectors in systemic advocacy and sector development roles.

Jacqui is proud to have dedicated her professional life to social justice led roles, having previously worked at Sexual Assault Services Victoria, the Western Australian Association for Mental Health, the Federation of Community Legal Centres (Victoria) and Cancer Council Victoria. Jacqui comes with a legal practice background and holds a Bachelor of Laws/ International Relations and Graduate Certificate in Social Impact. Jacqui was an external board member of the Financial and Consumer Rights Council in 2012 and is passionate about supporting the financial counselling sector’s critical work helping people experiencing financial hardship.
