This year’s Annual Report, themed Ripples, illustrates how financial counselling creates waves of change — from easing immediate pressures for individuals to influencing systemic reform through data-driven advocacy and collaboration. The report highlights a year of transformation and resilience, including the $15 million Victorian Government funding boost, the successful launch of the Rank the Energy Retailer 2025 report, and the completion of the Workforce Development Project, which delivered a 10-year strategy for sector growth.

It also showcases FCVic’s leadership in disaster recovery and community resilience, expanded training programs with nearly 1,800 attendances, and landmark advocacy efforts on housing, energy, and cost-of-living reforms. Together, these achievements reflect FCVic’s commitment to supporting financial counsellors and improving outcomes for vulnerable Victorians.
