Amanda Chan joined FCVic at the start of 2024 as Advocacy Coordinator, bringing 15 years of experience across the social services sector. She has worked in community legal centres, women’s rights organisations, disability service organisations, and membership associations. Currently studying a Diploma of Financial Counselling, she feels passionate about supporting the important work of financial counsellors by amplifying the voices of those working on the frontline to create social and policy change.

Outside of the workplace, Amanda loves to cook and bake – and cycles regularly to manage the physical result of all the cooking and baking!
