Insurance Masterclass

A Masterclass on Insurance, targeting Financial Counsellors with some experience in natural disaster casework, or general insurance advocacy.
Financial Counsellors continue to see a range of complex insurance issues presenting with clients in disaster impacted areas, including those arising some time after the event, and can be involved in protracted disputes with insurers, leading to AFCA applications or referral to community lawyers.
